Quote of the week

"When you climb a ladder and arrive on the sixth rung and you think that is the highest you can go, you cannot come to the seventh. So the technique is to abandon the sixth in order for the seventh step to be possible."
- Nhat Hanh, Vietnamese Buddhist Monk & Writer (taken from an interview with Oprah Winfrey)

BB awareness tip

Have you ever felt like you were being followed? Some of your friends may think you are being paranoid, but your paranoia could save not only your life but your friends. If you feel as though you are being followed after leaving school, work or wherever, there are places you can go and things you can do without attracting the stalkers attention to cause harm if a police or fire station is nowhere in sight. Walk into a nearby business, for example, a gas station or a bank - these places usually have cameras - cross the street, fan down a route taxi or a bus, even if you never planned to take it and explain to the driver or conductor and stop and talk to a complete stranger so that they are aware (yes, in this case, talking to strangers is not such a bad idea).
